- The academic year begins in the 1st week of April and ends in the last week of March.
- Saturday & Sunday will be weekly holidays for student.
- All vacations or holidays are summarised in the School Calendar.
- Absence from school on closing/opening day without prior permission will not be accepted.
- Absence from school must be justified by a written application signed by Parent/Guardian.
- All late arrivals and absence should be recorded at appropriate places in the schooI diary duly signed by the parent and the Principal and will be taken into account while considering promotion of the student.
- Late arrivals will be severely dealt with and will be considered as breach of discipline.
- If absence is on grounds of sickness for more than three days, a Doctor's Certificate/Prescription may be called for.
- Parents/Guardians should send applications for any anticipated absence.
- Minimum 70% of attendance is mandatory for the child to be considered for promotion.
